What we believe
The software should fit the business, not the other way round
Legacy is not a dirty word
Old tools are usually old because they work and the team knows them inside out. Replacing them costs months of goodwill and retraining. We treat the existing stack as a constraint to design around, and we have connected software two decades old to a modern CRM in real time when that was the right call.
Building it is the easy half
Automation that nobody maintains quietly stops working, usually within a month, and usually without anybody noticing until the numbers drop. Handing over a login and walking away is not a delivery. We build it, then we run it.
Show the numbers or say nothing
Most of what agencies promise cannot be checked. We would rather agree what we are measuring before the work starts, report against that, and let the result speak. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

A small number of clients at a time
Every system we build is custom, which puts a real ceiling on how many businesses we can look after properly. We would rather run four systems well than sell forty and maintain none of them.
We audit first
Before anyone builds anything, we map how the business runs today and where the work and the leads are leaking. You get that in writing whether or not you go ahead.
We build around you
Your tools, your process, your team's habits. The system adapts to the business, not the reverse.
We stay on
We keep it running, adjust it as the business changes, and report on what it is doing.
